Candle Care & Safety

We prioritise safety in every product we create, so please read carefully. Each item undergoes thorough testing to help ensure a safe and enjoyable burn experience when used according to our candle care guidelines.

  • Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn
  • Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunneling
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
  • Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, curtains, and direct sunlight
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
  • Keep away from children & pets
  • Discontinue use when approximately 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom
  • Decorative elements are for aesthetic purposes only - DO NOT CONSUME
